How to Create Your First Account with Rentopia

 

Step 1: Enter your username

Click on ” Start Your New Account” to begin. Enter your username. If you want to remember easily, you can just use the short version of your email name. For example, if your email account is john123@gmail.com, you can enter “john123”. You cannot use special character for submission. 

Example: John123 is okay but not John.123

Step 2: Enter your email account

Just enter your email account i.e. john123@gmail.com

Step 3: Choosing between user and agent. 

Choose “user’ if you are a homeowner or landlord, and “agent” if you are working in a Real Estate Negotiator.  

Step 4: Check the box “I agree with terms & conditions”.  

 

You can click on the “terms & conditions” word to learn more about it. 

Step 5: Click on “Register”

Once you click on register, your temporary password will be sent to you. You need to use your username and temporary password to login into Rentopia.my login page

*For Agent Submission

Please note that it will take up to 24 hours, for your Agent to be approved by our Support. Once you are approved, you can proceed to create and submit your property online. As agent, you will have a cap to provide up to 100 over properties. 

Step 6: Login into Rentopia

To login, click on the little “blue user icon” on your right as show below 

 Step 7: Enter your username and temporary password

Please enter your username and password to login. You can find the temporary password from your email. 

 Step 8: Contact Information

To make sure your customers can WhatsApp you, you will need to enter your information correctly. Just re-enter your first name, last name, phone number and mobile number. Also, pay special attention to the phone number. Please do not enter 01X-XXXXXXX but enter 601XXXXXXX. If you do it correctly, your customers will be able to connect directly to you via WhatsApp. And don’t forget to upload your profile photo. 

 Step 9: Social Information

 

You can also provide any social media url so your customers can connect with you. Also, choose the Agent Area/Categories. This helps your customers to know your specialty.  For example, if your focus is only new project development and targeted residential you can do so just for our reference. In future, we may incorporate property sales in our website. 

 Step 10: Agent Custom Data and Agent Location

 

 

You can also add additional information such as your REN tag if you have any. Just click “Add custom Field” and enter REN in the Parameter Label and your ren number in the “parameter value”  

 Step 11: Agent Details

Add your title/position i.e. “Real Estate Negotiator” and write some simple writeup on your experiences. Once you done, click “Update Profile” 

 

 Final Step: Update your password

You can retain your new password or if you want to change it, you can enter your new password . Just click “Reset Password” once you changed your password. That’s it.
